Sourire Consulting is a boutique IT and Business Consulting company but, a few years ago, we started to develop an in house web application to support our property investment work, which was an additional revenue stream at the time.

Deal Sherpa was born and word spread of its usage so we redesigned it as a multi-user application where people who invest in property, either for flipping or for holding long term, can manage all aspects of their property investment journey from sourcing a property through funding and managing it and even selling it.
