The current employment market options often lead to many unqualified applications and candidate disapproval. Video, as a solution, allows jobseekers to directly connect with the hiring manager and showcase their personality and strengths. Employees can present authentic and inspiring stories to attract top employers and find their dream job. Vpply has jobs listed from many different sectors, including healthcare, legal, engineering, retail, hospitality, IT, education, and entertainment, to ensure job seekers have a large range of jobs to choose from. 

For employers, Vpply will eliminate the need for resumes and CV's and it will ultimately shorten the recruitment cycle process. Approximately 27% of people change jobs yearly, with the average job receiving 150 CV applications. Employers can develop a better human connection with the jobseekers and let them find the best applicant for their company. It will be highly beneficial for employers to view a different side of their candidates through video as it will differ from their resumes.
